Abstract

The bachelor thesis is aimed at the evaluation of employees’ recruitment and selection system in the XY company. Main aim of this work is to propose recommendations for improvement of these processes. The theoretical part includes the overview of the recruitment and selection process. Practical part describes selected company from the view of its history, subject of business, however most attention is devoted to the implemented ways of employees recruitment and selection. The conclusion part includes the proposals and recommendations for the improvement of current system.
