Realizace systému CAS do praxe

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je aplikace systému CAS do praxe. Diplomová práce je zpracována v podniku VÍTKOVICE MECHANIKA, a. s. V úvodní části je provedena analýza a posouzení současného stavu podniku. Dále je řešen teoretický rozbor problematiky. Praktická část se zabývá vypracováním montážního postupu a určením času pracnosti jednotlivých činností. Dané časy práce jsou následně porovnány s časy vytvořenými podnikem. Zhodnocení ukázalo a ověřilo, že systém je plně aplikovatelný v praxi a s jeho pomocí je možné dosáhnout určitého zlepšení v určování času práce.

The aim of the thesis is application of the CAS system in practice. This thesis is elaborated in the company VITKOVICE MECHANIKA, a. s. In the first part of the thesis, the analysis and assessment of the current state of the company is performed. Further, the theoretical analysis of the issue is solved. The practical part deals with the development and installation procedure specifying time workload of individual activities. The times of work are then compared with the times created by the company. Evaluation revealed and verified that the system is fully applicable in practice and with its help it is possible to achieve some improvement in the work timing.
