Analýza marketingového mixu squashového centra

Abstract

The theme of graduation work is the Analysis marketing mix of squash center and the aim this work was to analyze all elements of marketing mix and on the basis of detection suggest some improvements by whitch center could improve its offer, to get the awareness of general public and thus gain more satisfied customers. For the purpose I chose newly created squash center in Orlová and mainly for two reasons – I devoted to the sport recreationally and centre was established at locality of my residence. Information were obtained according some interviews with the owner of squash center and then distributed a questionnaire that was used to find out how people are satisfied with the elements of the marketing mix. The results showed some lacks, especially in marketing communication and therefore some methods were projected to improve various elements of the marketing mix and thus attract more people who are essential for good functioning of squash center.
