Motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Subject of this bachelor thesis is „Employees motivation“ problem. I chose this subject because it is interesting and because it is being researched for centuries and it is still actual. Without employees could not exist any company and that is why it is necessary to motivate and stimulate them. Target of this bachelor thesis is to learn how do chosen stimulation factors effcts on efficiency of employees of company Advanced Plastics s.r.o. and concretely in plant Toolshed of engineering production. This thesis is devided in two main parts. First part is theoretic, and is specialized on explanation of basic concepts of the problem like motivation, stimulation, motive and stimulus. Second part is called application part and contains characterization of the company, its history, present, analysis of employees, investigation of problems and concept of solutions. Among employees of mantioned company was made a research assist in questionnaires, and thanks to it were discovered fundamental barriers to efficiency of employees. Based on informations from company and from questionnaire research I have derived proposals and recommendations, which are contained in chapter 4 and in conclusion.
