Měření vlastností kapalin pomocí refraktometru

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá jednou z možností zjištění hmotnostní či objemové koncentrace látky v kapalině. Úvodem je vysvětleno fungování optiky. Na základě optických znalostí fungují refraktometry, právě které se dají využít k měření indexu lomů. Některé refraktometry jsou následně podrobněji popsány. V závěru práce jsou zpracovány výsledky z měření ve formě grafů, ze kterých jsou získány rovnice. Na základě naměřených hodnot jsou pomocí rovnic číselně stanoveny neznámé koncentrace připravených vzorků.

The bachelor thesis deals with one of the possibilities to determine the mass or volume concentration of a substance in a liquid. In the introduction the functioning of optics is explained. Refractometers work on the basis of optical knowledge. Refractometers can be used to measure the refractive index. Then there are described some refractometers in more detail. At the end of the thesis, the results from the measurements are processed in the form of graphs, from which equations are used. Based on the measured values, the equations are used to numerically determine the unknown concentrations of the prepared samples.
