Ověření nákupu vybraného zařízení pomocí metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování

Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on verification of purchasing selected devices using forms of multi-criterion decision making and public tenders processes. In the introduction, necessity of researched topic is identified by purposes of future usage. Requests are determined according to researched topic. Practical part of thesis compares processes of proposed versions of multi-criterion decision making and legal processes for tenders. Following selection of optimal version is evaluated in the conclusion, considerations of results of realised purchase is included. General process of advises for public education institutions is proposed based on comparison of methods of purchasing.
