Doprava sušeného písku pro výrobu maltových směsí pomocí soustavy pásových a korečkových dopravníků

Bachelor thesis deals with concept of continuous conveyer, which is used for transport of dried sand in KVK a.s. company in Dětmarovice. The continuous conveyer will be placed in conveyers system for process and manufacturing of cement mixture. The continuos conveyer is 41.50 m long and working in declination 7.5 degrees. I chose rubber one, 0.40 m wide and 86.80 m long. Continuous conveyer is linked with glue. To drive the continuos conveyor, I chose an electric motor with worm gearbox 2,20 kW of power.
