Zjemňování struktury v pásu plechu na zařízení DRECE

Abstract

Master thesis goes in for impression of number of pass through experimental DRECE (Dual Rolling Equal Channel Extrusion) machinery on change mechanical properties and grain refinement on reserved samples. Two various materials were reviewed, brass Cu65Zn35 and carbon steel 11 321. Forepart includes newest information from development ultra-fine grained structures, follows checking influence number of passes through DRECE machinery on mechanical properties both of materials. The following part go in for metallographic results on number of passes and in final part includes proposal of new extrusion tool for increasing effective of extrusion process. At the close is mentioned general evaluation aims of master thesis.
