Thesis deals with the rationalization of existing technology machining sizing rolls. The preamble is analyzed existing production technology and the choice of the type for which it was selected the appropriate CNC machine tool and the proposed new technology. On the basis of current technology for the new production technology selected appropriate cutting tools and cutting conditions. The proposed technology machining sizing rolls to the newly installed CNC machine tool has been created suitable numerical control program.
Newly proposed technology for machining parts was practically verified on the basis evaluation of economic indicators used by VÚHŽ, a. s, this proposed technology compared to the existing production technology.
