Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with modernizing a flue way of a cellular car-type rating furnace in the way to ensure a maximal effectivity of a waste burnt gas heat and ideally to remove all the water vapour from the burnt gas. For this reason two recuperative heat Exchangem will be used. Bachelor thesis there will be only one of recuperative exchangers – a condensation exchanger designed for water precuring and to removing a condensation incurred during a burnt gas cooling process. In the calculation section there are natural gas burning-related calculations intended for determining a theoretically maximal amount of a water vapour in the burnt gas, for dimensioning exchanger collars, for dimensioning an opening for a condensator perimeter and for determining a maximal effectivity of a fan which is needed to creating an enforced thrust.
