Abstract
Thesis is focused on design of equipment for tungsten single crystal production and it is connected to author`s bachelor thesis. The whole design was developed using the methodical procedure of design science. Solves are focused on designing of cooling system of device. FEM simulation was used during development. Thesis contains design of diagnostic system with speification of its parts and potential control. Enclosed CD contains this thesis, drawings and complete 3D model of the whole equipment.
