Personalistika v akciové společnosti

Abstract

Using internal documents and reports, academic literature and especially my own experiences I am presenting human resources aspects in bigger corporation company, which is Most Coal Corp., in this final work. My practical experiences from this company were the basis I used while working on this topic. This final work is divided into two parts – theory and practical part. The main aim of the first part is to clear up organisational and human resources aspects in Most Coal Corp. The second part is focused on evaluation of human resource work in this company in a view of the employee.
