Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the design of the scooter due to selected variant according to the developed research of current types. The scooter frame with key element – the folding mechanism was developed on the basis of ergonomic analysis of population and current trends. The entire engineering design is substantiated by the stress-strain analysis of the whole frame with focus on critical nodes. Dimensioning of the frame is verified by the stress analysis by finite element method (FEM). Bachelor thesis is supplemented by a list of purchased parts with their description and specifications, drawing of compilation of scooter, working drawings of welded hinge mechanism and working drawings of the parts hinge mechanism.
