Aplikace metod technické diagnostiky ve slévárenském provozu

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the use of technical diagnostics methods to determine the technical condition of the equipment in the foundry operation of the company TATRA METALURGIE a.s. in Kopřivnice. In the introductory chapters, a research on the topic of vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics is processed. The individual measurement methods are described here together with the measurement equipment. The practical part of the diploma thesis deals with measurements in the company's operation, including a description of the measured equipment, processing and evaluation of measured data and recommendations for correcting the identified shortcomings.
