Zvyšování mechanických vlastností u vybraných materiálů procesem SPD

Abstract

In this work I focused on detection possibility of unconventional forming materials by process SPD (severe plastic deformation). The main objective of this work is to make and evaluating experiments with steel CK55 and S235 using methods DRECE. These steels I subjected to tests of mechanical properties, which showed a significant increase of hardness, yield strength and tensile strength, while ductility of forming materials decreases. The ductility of the verified steels should subsequent forming. Based on the results seems to be very important to a significant improvement of mechanical properties of the steels after the first pass, which allowing reduction of production costs associated with using of this method in industry.
