dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá praktickými dopady nové celní legislativy EU a navazujících právních předpisů ČR. Práce se sestává ze tří částí - teoretická, praktická a shrnutí výsledků práce s návrhy a doporučeními. V teoretické části jsou obsaženy základní pojmy spjaté se clem, celní legislativou, celním kodexem Společenstvím a celním kodexem Unie. V praktické části jsou vypracovány SWOT analýzy a matice plus minus popisující výhody, nevýhody, silné a slabé stránky přijetí nového celního kodexu Unie. Poslední část se zabývá návrhy a doporučeními na základě SWOT analýzy a matice plus minus.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the Practical implications of new EU customs legislation and related legal regulations of the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of three parts, the theoretical, the practical and summary of results with proposals and recommendations. The theoretical part contains the basic terms related to the customs, the customs legislation, the Customs Code of the Commonwealth and the Union Customs Code. The practical part presents SWOT analysis and matrix plus minus, which describing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of adopting a new Union Customs Codex. The last part deals with suggestions and recommendations based on SWOT analysis and matrix plus minusen
