Abstract

Thesis deals with the design of new production technology Shut-off valve. The first part is devoted to describing the types of valves, followed by an analysis of machining theory, machine tools and their parameters. The remaining part is dealing with the issue. Processing of the original and new technologies, used materials, tools and for this purpose used machine tools. Conclusion contains evaluation of new technologies including techno-economic assessment indicating an increase in productivity of a given component.;
