Abstract

Shimano Company plans expansion of surface treatment plant for new wheel body coating technology. Theoretical part of thesis review current condition of phosphate coating plant and provides general information from surface treatment branch, especially electrochemical plating. Practical part concern to used type Ni-Ni-Cr technology dilemma, its characteristic, technological processes, wheel body hanging, design of surface treatment workplace and wheel body coating quality troubleshooting.
