Abstract
The theme of my thesis is the specific analysis of the system of remuneration of the workers in an administrative institution. In the theoretical part I explained the significance of the concepts of remuneration of official workers in the Czech Republic, the description of the remuneration system, the process, the criteria and methods used to evaluate the employees – official workers of the public administration, which occurs in these cases.
The experimental part of my work was dedicated to the system of evaluation and remuneration of the workers in a public administration. Then, I proposed a solution which could make the actual system of evaluation and remuneration of the employees - workers more effective, and then tried to propose some possible changes, which already work in international systems and could also benefit the remuneration of the public workers on our republic.
