Abstract

This Bachelor thesis describes a procedure of the establishment of an air operator. The first chapter describes the reasons for the chosen type of operations. Further there is described the legislative framework of such an operator. The next section characterizes suggested strategy for setting up an airline and the last part describes the economic aspects of the operation of the air operator.
