Vliv tepelného zpracování na mechanické vlastnosti polotovaru vyrobeného aditivní metodou navařování

Abstract

This master’s thesis focuses on the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of a semi-finished product manufactured using the WAAM (Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) technology with G3Si1 filler material in wire form. The aim of the work is to analyze changes in mechanical and fatigue properties after the application of different heat treatment regimes. For the processed samples, yield strength, tensile strength, HV10 hardness, elongation, contraction, resistance to dynamic loading, impact toughness, as well as macrostructure and microstructure were evaluated. All results were compared to the condition of the material without heat treatment. The experimental part includes a description of the robotic workstation, manufacturing process, and deposition parameters. The obtained results show that heat treatment had a significant effect on both the structure and mechanical properties of the semi-finished products.
