Shrnovač pásového dopravníku

Abstract

Cílem této práce je navrhnout konstrukční návrh stavitelného shrnovače pásového dopravníku. Pásový dopravník slouží k zauhlování kotlů na teplárně E3 ve firmě Energetika Třinec, a.s. V úvodu práce je v krátkosti tato firma představena. Dále je uvedena krátká rešerše shrnovačů pásových dopravníků, na kterou navazuje popis zauhlovací cesty s popisem stávajícího stavu. Poté se již práce zabývá návrhem variant řešení, jehož výsledkem jsou tři konstrukční návrhy uspořádání přesypového místa. Dále je vybrána optimální varianta řešení, na kterou navazuje její rozpracování, podložené kapacitními, pevnostními a kontrolními výpočty. V příloze jsou uvedeny potřebné dokumenty pro realizaci vybrané varianty řešení.

The thesis focuses on construction design of adjustable rake of conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is used for coaling of boiler in heating plant E3 in company Energetika Třinec, a.s. There is some introduction about the company in the beginning of thesis. After that there is conveyor belt dozer summary and description of the coaling track with actually used rake. The next part of thesis is about design of alternative solutions – the result is three construction designs of the organization of the transfusion place. Then the optimal variant of the result is picked up. Chosen variant is elaborated with capacitive, strength and checking calculations. There are introduces documents - which are needed for realization of chosen variant of the solution - in the appendix of this thesis.
