Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the design of mechanical equipment for deburring. In the first phase we mention existing facilities used for deburring of various shapes with a brief description. According to the task, I focused on devices that allow deburring of inner and outer edges of the profiles. Based on the information dealing with the issue I set the requirements and then module structure of the proposed facility. Custom design and construction involves a suitable frame construction and transformation of rotary motion using gears between the drive and the tool. The result of the thesis is a complete equipment for mechanical deburring, which stands on the floor and is designed for the operator to work in a standing position. It also provides internal and external deburring with possibility of fast setting of inserting hole and speed adjustment of the tool with respect to the type deburred material.
