Optimalizace konstrukce silových prvků rovnacího stroje

Abstract

This Master thesis is focused on the Design Optimizition of Power Elements for Straightening Machine for shafts. The introduciton contains the basic division of Straightening Machines with a description. Following analysis cam of the company KBH CZ s.r.o and power elements. On the basis analysis algorithm is designed to create a new of the cam profile. The next step is designed to optimizaiton of balancing springs and evuluated the Hertz pressure between a cam and roller. Using finite element method is made analysis of the continuous shaft. The newly created elements for optimization are documented in the eclosure of the master thesis.
