Návrh zařízení pro manipulaci s peletami

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the design of pellets handling equipment. The topic of thesis comes from company Třinecké Projekce a.s. from contracting authority Ing. Stanislav Smiga. In the introduction is briefly described the issue of material trasport and it’s handling during the landfill process. The following is a coceptual design of a landfill system for transported pellets, while conceptual solution is based on the parameters and functionality specified by the contracting authority. Then, based on contracting authority requirements, a handling mechanism for the pellet landfilling process is designed. Furthermore, the belt conveyor is designed as the final structural unit of the device, including calculation. Finally, the design solution of the pellet handling equipment is described in the technical report. The appendices contain catalog sheets of used components and drawing documentation of the device assembly with designed parts.
