Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to analyze the functioning of the CRM system on the paper and office supplies market at wholesale Frankospol office Ltd. Classify customers, qualify functionallity of their relations and determine whether marketing expenses for individual clients are set in proportion to their profitability. Subsequently, based on observed results suggest solutions to eliminate the deficiencies in this area. This work is based on internal company data for year 2009.
