Zavedení TPM na výrobní lince

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with analysis the effectiveness of maintenance on a specific production line and its increase by using the Total Productive Mainterance (TPM) method. Bachelor thesis can be separated into two parts: theoretical and practical. The first - theoretical part is dealing with historical development of mainterance in the world and follow-up development until the TPM process. The second part of the bachelor thesis leads to get more familiar with the company and analyse of maintrance on the specific production line. Production line contains six working places with integrated method 5S, after that I examine the actual status of individual machines and workplaces, then the revision of 5S and the current type of maintrance system. In the end I introduce all the pillars of meaning TPM method and with independent maintrance in seven steps.
