Realizace úloh pro řízení modelu křižovatky na platformě Arduino

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of didactic tasks for controlling an intersection model using Arduino microcontrollers. The introductory part describes the programming possibilities of the Arduino platform, the available development environment, library support, and the basic principles of writing source code. This is followed by a practical verification of application development on sample modules. Furthermore, a comprehensive analysis of the model is performed in terms of communication and the design of programming tasks, dividing the entire system into three functional areas: an intersection, a parking garage, and a railway crossing. Based on this analysis, a control system is designed and implemented, enabling the gradual testing and control of model components such as traffic lights, sensors, and barrier gates. The created tasks methodically progress from basic linear control to advanced asynchronous programming.
