Abstract

This bachelor paper focuses on the minimisation of the production costs of a machine part. The goal of this bachelor paper is to find the most economically convenient solution for the production of a squeeze valve. The introductory part of the paper contains a description of the principle and the use of the part; further on it provides a description of the current production technology. The evaluation of the present procedure is followed by the quantification of the costs of the component production in cooperation and their comparison. The output of this bachelor paper is an economically reasonable solution of the squeeze valve production and upon the actual data a calculation of the financial costs return for a new CNC lathe is done.
