Abstract

This Master Thesis deals Study of Influence Dusty Elements on Characteristics of Thin Coatings. The thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part describes the characteristics surface, preparation of the surface before applying the coating, corrosion, coatings and surface layers, thin layers, dust and its influence on the coating system. Experimental part deals with the evaluation of dust, testing the fracture strength of the coating on the differently prepared types of surfaces on which they are exposed to different types of chalk. Are tested surfaces – blasted cleaning, rolled, cut always one sample is unexposed and the other is applied to normal, wet and dry chalk . The best adhesion in terms surface exhibit blasted finish and worst with rolled. In terms chalks with the worst adhesion samples to which was applied to the dried chalk.
