Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to design and optimize the technological
process of production of a prototype automotive fan using additive technologies. The bachelor
thesis dealt with the research and description of the current state of the art, selected additive
technologies, suitable materials and material properties, post-processing options and also
surface treatments were investigated and compared. The output of the bachelor thesis are
physical prototypes that have been tested and compared with mass-produced pieces.
On the basis of the knowledge, experience and technological know-how gained, a technoeconomic evaluation was carried out, from which conclusions and recommendations
for practice were drawn.
