Abstract
This thesis entitled “Analysis of the Conditions of the Strategic Company Decision Making" deals with theoretical and practical starting points for strategic management. The aim of this work was to perform an analysis of business conditions which determine its strategic management and decision-making and find the next direction and strategy that the company should make for. Main part of the theoretical part was to clarify the individual steps of the strategic management process, starting by defining the goals and visions to the formulation of business strategy. The theoretical part provides a foundation for the practical part. In the practical part are analyzed conditions of strategic decision-making of selected company, the company's DC VISION, Ltd. In this section was performed strategic analysis of external, internal and professional environment that influence the company. For analysis of surroundings were used PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of competitive forces and internal analysis. Then was also carried out a SWOT analysis that formed the basis for generating the appropriate business strategy. Based on the findings, which were obtained in the practical part was proposed strategy and other measures that should ensure the success of selected company, for its action in the future.
