Rozbor podmínek strategického rozhodování podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce s názvem „Rozbor podmínek strategického rozhodování podniku“ se zabývá teoretickými a praktickými východisky strategického řízení. Cílem této práce bylo provedení rozboru podmínek podniku, které determinují jeho strategické řízení a rozhodování a nalezení dalšího směru a strategie, jimiž by se společnost měla ubírat. Nosnou částí teoretické oblasti práce bylo objasnění jednotlivých kroků procesu strategického řízení, počínající definováním cílů a vizí podniku až po formulaci strategie. Teoretická část představuje oporu pro praktickou část. V praktické části jsou analyzovány podmínky strategického rozhodování vybraného podniku, kterým je společnost DC VISION, s.r.o. Byla provedena strategická analýza vnějšího, vnitřního i oborového okolí, které ovlivňují danou společnost. K rozboru těchto okolí byly využity PEST analýza, Porterova analýza konkurenčních sil a interní analýza. Dále byla provedena SWOT analýza, která představovala základ pro vygenerování vhodné strategie podniku. Na základě poznatků získaných z praktické části byla navržena strategie a další postupy a opatření, které by měly vybranému podniku zajistit úspěch při jeho působení v budoucnu.

This thesis entitled “Analysis of the Conditions of the Strategic Company Decision Making" deals with theoretical and practical starting points for strategic management. The aim of this work was to perform an analysis of business conditions which determine its strategic management and decision-making and find the next direction and strategy that the company should make for. Main part of the theoretical part was to clarify the individual steps of the strategic management process, starting by defining the goals and visions to the formulation of business strategy. The theoretical part provides a foundation for the practical part. In the practical part are analyzed conditions of strategic decision-making of selected company, the company's DC VISION, Ltd. In this section was performed strategic analysis of external, internal and professional environment that influence the company. For analysis of surroundings were used PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of competitive forces and internal analysis. Then was also carried out a SWOT analysis that formed the basis for generating the appropriate business strategy. Based on the findings, which were obtained in the practical part was proposed strategy and other measures that should ensure the success of selected company, for its action in the future.
