Abstract

The introduction describes the issue of assembly lines electric bicycle. Based on customer requirements, 2 device variants were designed. The main goal was to facilitate the work of the assembly line operator. In the first variant, a pneumatic drive is used as the main damping element for moving the electric bicycle. In the second variant are used tension springs. In the second variant there are selected nodes checked and the production costs are also calculated. Attached is assembly drawing of the first variant, a subassembly of the bottom construction and a production drawing.
