Abstract

This master thesis investigates selection and adaptation system of employees in a chosen organization. The aim is to investigate selection and adaptation system of employees in elementary school in Budišov nad Budišovkou on the basis of analysis, and to put forward recommendations for their improvements. The theoretical section of the thesis includes the main terminology. The practical part explores the chosen organization and describes its selection and adaptation system. Lastly, recommendations of improvement are based upon the researcher's survey and its outcomes.
