Hodnocení výkonnosti stavebního podniku s využitím metody BSC

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce "Hodnocení stavebního podniku s využitím metody BSC" je zhodnocení výkonnosti vybraného podniku ze všech čtyř perspektiv BSC. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem výkonnost v souvislosti s hodnotovým řízením podniku a bližší charakteristika metody BSC. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu z pohledu čtyř perspektiv BSC a následná aplikace metody BSC. V závěru práce jsou na základě zjištěných nedostatků navrženy strategické akce pro zvýšení výkonnosti v budoucnu.

The aim of the diploma thesis "Evaluation of the performance of a construction company using the BSC method" is to evaluate the performance of a the selected company from all four perspectives of BSC. The teoretical part explains the concept of performance in connection with the value management of the company and a closer description of the BSC method. The practical part analyzes the current status from the perspective of four perspectives of BSC and the subsequent application of the BSC method. The end of diploma involved the proposil of strategic actions increasing the performance in the future basic on identificiation of shortcomings.
