Analýza tvářitelnosti plechů s využitím experimentálních diagramů mezních deformací

Abstract

The master thesis discusses the possibilities of computer analysis of the formability of selected material. This analysis is based on the design of real forming tools. Intensive research is currently underway to design new materials that will meet increasingly stringent requirements from companies. The whole testing takes place in many ways, due to their future use. The materials that will be subject to the forming process (deep drawing and cutting) must meet a number of criteria in order to meet the formability criteria. The CAE PAM-STAMP software is a useful tool for determining the formability of a material. The aim of this diploma thesis is to import the expected shape of the extracts into the PAM-STAMP program, to compile a simulation of the deep drawing process and to analyze the output data.
