Abstract

In my bachelor’s study it was described how to remunerate and motivate employee of municipal authorities. Among the most important motivations belongs not only financial remuneration, but also remunerations in different forms of benefits – for example contributions for meals, sport activity, different vouchers for care about mental health etc. In questionnaires who obtained employee of municipal authorities to complete it was found solutions and recommendations. It was recommended to offer of employee new benefit in form of cafeteria system. In this system can employee choose from different benefits which were set in advance. At the same time it was recommended to implement new system of evaluation which would be more effective and more impartial for all employee. In this new system employee would collect points and they could use them for obtaining of advantage in cafeteria system.
