Analýza sil řezání při frézování z polotovaru po 3D tisku

Abstract

OULEHLA, M. Analysis of Cutting Forces during Milling from Semi – finished Product after 3D printing: Master Thesis. Ostrava: VŠB -Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology, 2020, 69 p. Thesis head: doc. Ing. Marek Sadílek, Ph.D. Presented diploma thesis is focused on analysis of cutting forces when machining semi-finnished product after 3D printing. Cutting forces are one of the most basic and most important parameters of milling that have influence on accuracy and quality of milled surface. In the theoretical part is discussed the effect of forces during milling, influences affecting the size of cutting forces and methods of measurement of force ratios. Next part of thesis is dedicated to describing of stainless steel 316L, which was 3D printed by SLM metod on 3D printer. After this focused on describing of machine, tool, cutting parameters a devices for measurement of these forces. Milling experiment was concerned on milling of samples with different structure. Components of cutting force Fx, Fy, Fz and resulting force F were processed and evaluated in computational program. End of thesis is focused on evaluating and summary of experimental test.
