Abstract

The diploma thesis is aimed at the analysis and optimization of the manufacturing process within the automotive industry's company. The first part of the thesis synthesizes knowledge of the problematics from literature and publicly available sources. The second part of the thesis focuses on the actual production process analysis, application of industrial engineering methods, proposing potential corrective measures, evaluating the risks associated with these measures, providing materials for the selection of alternatives, and a timeline for their implementation.
