Abstract
The current production technology of rotor and stator metal plates of inductive position sensor and possible new ways of producing these metal plates were discussed in this Diploma Thesis. Furthermore a new cost-effective technological process of production was designed. The work also carried out a general economic evaluation of the suggested production technology of stator and rotor metal plates of inductive position sensors.
The aim of this Diploma Thesis was to propose a rationalization of the production technology of stator and rotor metal plates of inductive position sensors. This efficiency was achieved by designing the production line for blanking and bending rolls of metal plates from which subsequently are produced the stator and rotor units of inductive position sensors. This thesis also discussed the possibilities of cutting tools with the purpose of achieving the maximum service life. A new and rational notching plan was also designed.
