Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out how the SANTRA, s.r.o. and what is his current situation and making recommendations for improvement. The theoretical background describes the life cycle of the enterprise by evaluating the financial statements for the period 2000-2016 and the influence of macroeconomic factors of the Czech Republic and industrial factors of the sector. Then using the situational analysis 5C, the company's own capabilities and resources were mapped to market opportunities, Porter's analysis of the five competing forces described the sectoral environment and the decisive influence of the competition on the company, and last but not least, the SPACE analysis was used to determine the strategic position of the company. In conclusion, the results of the analyzes were summarized, which made it possible to identify the key area for improvement and to identify the current situation of the company where the company is in terms of development in the stabilization phase with the onset of the growth phase.
