Analýza životního cyklu malého podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jakým životním cyklem prošel podnik SANTRA, s.r.o. a jaká je jeho současná situace a vytvoření doporučení pro zlepšení. Z teoretických východisek je popsán životní cyklus podniku pomocí zhodnocení účetních výkazů za období 2000- 2016 a vliv makroekonomických faktorů ČR a průmyslových faktorů odvětví. Následně pomocí situační analýzy 5C byly zmapovány vlastní schopnosti a zdroje podniku vzhledem příležitostem na trhu, dále skrz Porter analýzu pěti konkurenční sil bylo popsáno odvětvové prostředí a rozhodující vliv konkurence působící na firmu a v poslední řadě byla využita analýza SPACE k určení strategického postavení podniku. Na závěr byly shrnuty výsledky analýz, díky kterým byla možná identifikace klíčové oblasti ke zlepšení a byla zjištěna současná situace podniku, kdy podnik se nachází z hlediska vývoje ve fázi stabilizace s nastupující fází růstu.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out how the SANTRA, s.r.o. and what is his current situation and making recommendations for improvement. The theoretical background describes the life cycle of the enterprise by evaluating the financial statements for the period 2000-2016 and the influence of macroeconomic factors of the Czech Republic and industrial factors of the sector. Then using the situational analysis 5C, the company's own capabilities and resources were mapped to market opportunities, Porter's analysis of the five competing forces described the sectoral environment and the decisive influence of the competition on the company, and last but not least, the SPACE analysis was used to determine the strategic position of the company. In conclusion, the results of the analyzes were summarized, which made it possible to identify the key area for improvement and to identify the current situation of the company where the company is in terms of development in the stabilization phase with the onset of the growth phase.
