Návrh experimentálního pracoviště pro zkoušení elektronické regulace DFE1

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the issue of electronic control pumps, design and realization of equipment for testing electronic control DFE1. This device will be used to set, calibrate and optimaze parameters on amplifier cards and in the unclear series for didactic purposes in the training center of Bosch Rexroth, s.r.o. In the first part is described for axial piston hydrogenerators type A4VSO and A10VSO and their regulation. According on the calculations, the hydraulic circuit and the specifications of its components are designed. The following section is devoted to the instructions for calibration of the A4VSODFE1 hydrogenerator. After assembling the hydraulic circuit, the functionality was verified.
