Abstract

In this thesis on the topic Managerial work in the contributory organization, I have aimed to determine the existing level of managerial work. As a methodology I have chosen the CAF model for public administration, analysis the manager job, analysis the organizational rules and interview technique with the manager. I analyzed the findings and interpreted. Then I dealt with proposals for improvement. The oportunity to improve lies in a ganges of organizational rules, which should be more developed and publicly available. It should also contain specific information relating to the powers and responsibilities of workers, not only for senior managers. I also recommend setting the specific manager competencies and implementation the manager competency model in practice of the organization. I got on the recommendations of the National Institute of Vocational Education, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development and the method Management by competencies (skill, characteristics, attitudes). I noted as well as partial components of individual competencies, which can be separated and identified in detail. Next, I define management tools for the manager for his work with subordinates. These are meetings, performance reviews, individual coaching. For the development of managerial work in the contributory organization I would recommend inspiration from the trends of modern management. It can be used as management by competencies, creating workflow maps, benchmarking, scenario method or Maslow's pyramid of needs.
