Podnikatelský plán pro příspěvkovou organizaci

Abstract

Cílem této práce je návrh podnikatelského plánu pro rozšíření podnikání doplňkové činnosti příspěvkové organizace. V první části práce jsou definovány důležité pojmy související s daným tématem. V druhé části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na řešenou příspěvkovou organizaci. V třetí části je uvedeno shrnutí a doporučení pro realizaci podnikatelského plánu.

The aim of this work is to create a design of a business plan for expanding business of additional activities of the contributory organization. In the first part of the work important terms related to the topic are defined. In the second part, theoretical knowledge is applied to the handled contributory organization. The third part provides a summary and recommendations for the implementation of the business plan.
