Analýza spokojenosti zákazníků se službami vybrané organizace

Abstract

Theme of this bachelor thesis is "Customers satisfaction analysis with services of selected organization". The aim is to determine customers satisfaction with features of services which offers a SONS massage centrum in Vsetín and propose measures to improve the quality of provided services. The thesis is devited into several parts. The first part of thesis is focused on theoretical basic to this topic and the following part of thesis is a description of the organization. Practical part is dedicated satisfaction survey and analysis of collected information. Final part of the thesis is according to the results of the analysis, solutions are proposed to improve customers satisfaction with services of organization.
