dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců ve firmě zaměřené na prodej oděvů. Východiskem je zpracování teoretické části, která pojednává obecně o motivaci, motivačních teoriích a nástrojích zvyšování pracovního výkonu. Analytická část představí společnost a současnou situaci motivačního systému. Na základě dotazníkového šetření jsou navrhnuty podněty ke zlepšení motivačního systému v dané firmě.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with a motivation of employees in a company focusing on the sale of clothing. The starting point is to elaborate the theoretical part, which deal with a motivation in general, theories of motivation and instruments increasing work perfomance. The analytical part presents the company and the current situation of the motivation system. Based on the data of questionnaire survey, there are initiatives to improve the motivation system of the company.en
