Rekonstrukce zatemnění reflektorů

Abstract

The Master thesis is focused on the reconstruction of obscuration system ERASER by the company INTERSONO SG a. s. for the theatre reflectors MUNDIAL C by the company THORN LIGHTING. The obscuration system is divided into simply detachable parts - mechanical unit, cooling unit and electronics. For the reconstruction of mechanical part there are two designed types. For the next processing, I have chosen the type with easier assambly and with less number of components. Next, my work includes the design power source with toothed belt transmission, the design of springed mechanism and strength calculations of the shaft and bearings. The master thesis is complemented with the technical drawings of selected parts.
