Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of a vibrating screen primarily for aggregates. The aim of the work is to design all parts of the sorter, including the assembly drawing. The introduction describes the basics of sorting, including a description of individual sorting technologies. All sortable materials are also defined and the path from mining to sorting is described. The device itself is divided into several subgroups where each of these parts is designed separately. The principle of sorting the vibrating screen itself is also described. In the end, the shortcomings of the sorter are summarized, including ideas for eliminating these shortcomings.
